Met Eric in early 2021 and immediately had a very positive vibe. We spent a lot of time talking about the hospitality industry in general and Miami specifically over numerous casual conversations. I shared my past experiences of over 40 years in the industry and Eric his with his 30+ years. We delved into philosophy, disappointments, dreams, and aspirations and our general philosophies which were aligned.In fall of 2021, we took on delivering 150+ school lunches for an elite private school in Miami.
