Eric, a Chef by trade, has climbed the operational ladder to become a powerhouse in the hospitality industry. His last role as Vice President of a leading hospitality brand sharpened his talent for creating, developing, and scaling new and existing concepts. Eric is a master of kitchen design, menu development, and costing — combining creativity with operational efficiency to deliver outstanding results. His strategic mindset and deep understanding of the industry allow him to elevate both front-of-house and back-of-house operations with precision and innovation.
